About the Role

You will not just call leads, but represent real nature conservation. At green account, you are part of our growing sales team and initiate compensation projects with property developers, infrastructure companies, and project developers – for companies that need compensatory areas and eco-points for their projects. You will learn the compensation and replacement market from the ground up, work directly with experienced Key Account Managers and management, and have a real impact on our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for our Key Account team – project developers, property developers, network operators, infrastructure companies, and more.
Proactively contact interested parties via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Conduct initial discovery calls, understand the compensation needs of potential customers, and explain our offering clearly and convincingly.
Hand over qualified opportunities to Key Account Managers and arrange initial meetings.
Maintain all activities cleanly in the CRM and contribute to the further development of our sales processes.
Identify market patterns and provide feedback to the team – your insights from initial calls are valuable to us.

Requirements

Native-level German and good English.
Experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, or a startup.
Drive for sales and no fear of the phone.
Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
Independent, structured way of working – you know how to organize your day.
Resilience: A 'no' motivates you and does not frustrate you.
Experience with CRM and other lead systems (HubSpot, etc.).
Experience in nature conservation, sustainability, real estate, or the infrastructure sector.
