About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the nationwide deployment of our service technicians, ensuring reliable communication with customers, and managing the timely provision of spare parts and tools. You will also play a crucial role in continuously improving our dispatch and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the nationwide deployment of our service technicians.
• Maintain appointments, orders, and status information reliably in our modern service and planning systems.
• Arrange appointments with customers and ensure reliable communication regarding the deployment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for the timely provision, picking, and dispatch of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Liaise closely with service technicians, operations managers, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Support the continuous improvement of our dispatch and service processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in dispatch, deployment planning, logistics, order processing, or technical customer service is advantageous.
• Technical interest is helpful - deep electrical engineering knowledge is not required.
• You work in a structured, pragmatic manner and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
• You are characterized by careful and reliable work.
• Friendly, binding, and clear communication with internal and external contacts.
• Very good German language skills.
