About the Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will manage and execute people and culture plans within Knauf. This role involves developing processes, programs, and initiatives to improve business performance and facilitate change. You will support the operational team to achieve objectives through workforce projects, employee relations strategies, and building an engaging culture.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Knauf operational and leadership teams on operational, performance and cultural enhancement projects.
  • Offer advice on employee relations and industrial relations issues to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to improve employee productivity, manage performance and disciplinary matters from end to end.
  • Assist in the execution of business improvement initiatives, aimed at improving workplace culture.
  • Adhere and uphold Knauf WHS systems and company policies.

Requirements

  • Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship
  • Valid Police Check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical
  • Ability to travel throughout NSW & ACT
  • Ability to work from the Camellia office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

Salary/Compensations

  • $110,000 - $140,000 base salary + super
