About the Role
This critical role in DSI Local Country Finance focuses on financial accounting, regulatory reporting, capital calculation, and planning. A timely replacement is essential to maintain financial integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual transactional reporting and process optimization.
- Leveraging AI and other tools to streamline processes.
- Future expansion into areas such as annual audit, planning, and other financial accounting.
Requirements
- University degree
- Native Japanese & Business English
- Strong communication & influencing skills
- Team-oriented & innovative mindset
- Accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Securities industry experience (preferred)
- Japanese financial industry experience in accounting, operations or middle office (preferred)
- Japanese CPA or related skills (a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong desire to gain accounting and regulatory reporting experience
