Responsibilities

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual transactional reporting and process optimization.
  • Leveraging AI and other tools to streamline processes.
  • Future expansion into areas such as annual audit, planning, and other financial accounting.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Native Japanese & Business English
  • Strong communication & influencing skills
  • Team-oriented & innovative mindset
  • Accounting knowledge (preferred)
  • Securities industry experience (preferred)
  • Japanese financial industry experience in accounting, operations or middle office (preferred)
  • Japanese CPA or related skills (a plus, not mandatory)
  • Strong desire to gain accounting and regulatory reporting experience
