About the Role
The Gemeindepsychiatrische Verbund und seine Arbeitsprojekte (GPVA) of the Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue / Dipl. Pädagoge (m/f/d) to join their residential support team in Berlin - Charlottenburg Nord. This is a permanent, full-time position with 30-38.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support and promote daily living skills and finding/maintaining a daily structure.
- Assist with job and employment search.
- Appropriate management of illness, crises, and relapses.
- Create and document care plans.
- Coordinate all necessary personal services.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy (m/f/d), or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience or willingness to engage professionally with individuals with mental illnesses.
- Curiosity about the life stories of our clients.
- Acceptance of and professional handling of risks to self and others.
- Service design based on the needs of the supported individuals in team coordination (daytime shift work).
- Interest in personal development, including supervision, further training, and continuing education.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum €4,345.08 monthly gross (full-time) in EG9, plus shift allowances.
- Annual special payment (equivalent to one additional monthly salary).
- Regular tariff increases and step increases.
