About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition and conversion funnels, from initial contact to in-app subscription. This role involves leading a cross-functional team and collaborating with marketing and business development to achieve growth objectives within a B2B2C model where health insurers offer our app as a covered benefit.
Responsibilities
- Run experiments across the full funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to in-app subscription conversion.
- Own the growth product roadmap, metrics (activation, retention, conversion), and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ship experiments and features.
- Partner with marketing and business development to align campaigns, messaging, and partnerships with growth targets.
- Identify in-app conversion points of acquisition campaigns and use insights to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a mobile app.
- Solid understanding of growth levers: paid, organic, and product-led.
- Strong analytical instinct to trace drop-offs and form testable hypotheses.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance speed and efficiency.
- Clear communicator capable of working across product, engineering, marketing, and business development.
- Working proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Based in Berlin.
