About the Role

We are looking for a Social Creative / Content Creator to be the comedic engine behind one of our biggest clients at We Are Social. You will be responsible for creating fast-paced, daily "always-on" content that keeps the brand at the center of cultural conversations. You should natively understand social platforms and online subcultures.

Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and stills.
• Spot emerging trends, audio loops, and cultural shifts in real-time and create brand-relevant, funny content.
• Manage content creation from brainstorm to client approval and publishing.
• Write sharp, funny, and distinct captions, adapting tone for different platforms.
• Travel to live events, activations, and cultural moments to shoot content on location.

Requirements

• Understand comedic timing, internet irony, and visual punchlines.
• Demonstrate ability to make people laugh on the internet through personal feed, portfolio, or creator account.
• Instinctively understand social media platform dynamics and content virality.
• 3-5 years of experience in a social, editorial, or agency environment, or a successfully built personal creator channel.
• Hyper-proficient with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to move fast and create great video content without a large crew.
• Concept-led approach, focusing on generating platform-native ideas from a blank page.
• AWARD School (or equivalent conceptual training) is a must.
