About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll lead with ideas, shaping earned-first campaigns that cut through culturally and drive real conversation. You’ll own key relationships, guide integrated delivery, and bring both strategic thinking and executional excellence to the table.
Responsibilities
- Leading key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact.
- Developing and selling in earned-first, culturally relevant ideas that drive attention and conversation.
- Leading earned ideation, from initial spark through to fully formed concepts ready to sell.
- Overseeing execution, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope.
- Working closely with social, influencer, creative and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Managing and mentoring a team, setting clear direction and raising the bar on output.
- Translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives for media and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years’ experience connecting brands with predominantly B2C audiences, ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience connecting brands with B2B audiences will also be viewed favourably.
- A natural project manager with strong organisational capabilities.
- A strong track record of developing earned ideas that have driven media coverage and cultural cut-through.
- Confidence pitching bold, disruptive concepts to senior clients.
- Natural relationship builder, able to earn trust quickly and maintain it.
- Strong news & social trend sense and understanding of what will land in media.
- High attention to detail across planning and execution.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- You are curious, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
- You are a collaborative leader who brings others along.
