Responsibilities
- Create fire protection plans, escape and rescue plans, and fire safety regulations.
- Develop system plans for safety signage and fire water extraction.
- Coordinate with clients, planners, and authorities.
- Conduct a final inspection of completed buildings shortly before commissioning.
- Advise clients on their options for fire protection documents.
Requirements
- Are a draftsperson/construction technician (m/f/d) seeking more from your job.
- Are an architect/technical draftsperson (m/f/d) tired of the bureaucratic routine.
- Possess talent and enthusiasm for fire protection building documentation.
- Enjoy working on major and important construction projects in Germany.
- Are comfortable on construction sites and familiar with construction and plant engineering processes.
- Are able to drive to construction sites to check plans.
- Desire to set new standards and work in a highly innovative environment offering significant freedom.
