About the Role

This role supports frontline teams to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance, developing quality control measures, and tracking cleaning work end-to-end. It's ideal for those who enjoy community interaction or wish to grow as leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10+
  • Assist management and support the cleaning team
  • Carry out cleaning inspections, be responsible for Quality Control and service rotations
  • Review stock levels and complete orders
  • Maintain cleaning records and compliance standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and positive communication

Requirements

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Police clearance within 3 months of issue
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Working with Children Check
  • Experience in cleaning operations (domestic, commercial, or industrial)
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
  • Professional presentation and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management
