About the Role

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will contribute to the store's sales growth by effectively executing company merchandising objectives. You will ensure policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is maintained, and efficiency is maximized. You will also work collaboratively to deliver a positive customer experience and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set-up guides, and new product initiatives.
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers.
• Effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.

Requirements

• An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere.
• Thrive in a retail environment.
• Draw upon knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc) or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc).
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
