About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will build foundational systems that power the Propeller platform, enabling other teams to create value across the product. You will own projects from design to release, working across the stack to solve ambiguous problems and support cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own foundational systems end to end including design, scoping, building, testing, shipping, and maintenance
- Operate as a versatile full-stack engineer across backend and frontend requirements
- Collaborate with other squads to facilitate the adoption of developed patterns and systems
- Tackle greenfield projects and ambiguous challenges with a big-picture mindset
- Review code, share knowledge, and support fellow engineers
- Utilize AI tooling to enhance development speed and quality
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week
- Experience in scale-up or SaaS environments is a bonus
