Develop and implement the UK & Europe EHS strategy, policies, management systems, and governance framework.
Provide strategic EHS leadership and advice to senior management.

Degree or professional qualification in Environment, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Significant EHS leadership experience within energy storage, renewable energy, construction, utilities, infrastructure, or other high-risk industries.
Strong knowledge of UK and European EHS legislation and management systems (including ISO 45001).
Proven experience developing EHS strategy, governance frameworks, and organizational capability.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead EHS performance across multiple countries and complex projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
