About the Role

The Senior Account Manager oversees outdoor media campaigns with Consortium Agencies, driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering campaign success through strategic planning, strong client relationships, and proactive management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsells, and partnerships.
  • Lead client engagement, proposals, contracts, and account management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and drive results independently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly budgets.
  • Deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts and updates in Boostr.
  • Track and report team KPIs, revenue performance, and campaign results.
  • Identify revenue gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Build client relationships and present quarterly business plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Align outdoor media strategies with client objectives and budgets.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution, providing solutions and managing expectations.
  • Support the team in developing trusted advisor status and market expertise.
  • Implement engagement plans to maintain consistent client visibility and outcomes.
  • Driving the business and brand across the relevant agency portfolio (Essencemediacom).

Requirements

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with strong communication and persuasion.
  • 4–5 years’ sales management experience with budget and target accountability.
  • Specialist OOH industry knowledge and ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep OOH industry knowledge with a client-focused approach.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance client and business needs.
  • Confident networker with senior decision makers.
