About the Role

The Aurora To Team is focused on making Lendi Group an AI-native organization by delivering AI-powered products, automation, and internal tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. This role involves shaping and evolving AI-powered products and internal experiences end-to-end, from discovery to continuous improvement, for an AI-native organization.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Aurora To initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs, business priorities, and risk/compliance requirements.
  • Lead product discovery to define problems and identify opportunities for AI and automation using stakeholder insights, data, and domain knowledge.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, technical effort, and delivery risk.
  • Act as the voice of the internal customer, balancing usability, safety, explainability, and operational practicality.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog refinement, testing, implementation, and release.
  • Document business processes, system interactions, decision logic, and key dependencies to support successful delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Design throughout discovery, development, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Measure product success through adoption, usage, time saved, and customer feedback, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and internal user groups to drive alignment and deliver high-impact AI-powered solutions.
  • Use stakeholder feedback and domain knowledge to improve workflows and automation, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless product experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Manager experience in a digital or technology environment, with end-to-end ownership from discovery through to delivery and optimization in Agile teams.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered products, automation, or workflow solutions.
  • Technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data teams on integrations, APIs, data flows, and solution design.
  • A structured, data-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, measures outcomes to drive continuous optimization, and confidently balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
