About the Role
As a Professional Services Recruiter at Serval, you will build and own the recruiting strategy for the Professional Services organization from the ground up. You will design and execute high-impact hiring initiatives to establish a new function, focusing on a small number of consultative searches. This role involves partnering closely with PS leadership and hiring managers to define success, driving outbound sourcing in a niche market, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. It is ideal for individuals experienced in recruiting Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation talent within fast-paced SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the PS hiring strategy, including building sourcing plans and managing full-cycle recruiting for Implementation Consultant, PS leadership, and specialist delivery roles.
- Partner with PS hiring managers and the Head of Talent to forecast headcount, define ideal candidate profiles, and prioritize hiring needs.
- Own the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a high level of service for senior and consultative candidates.
- Develop scalable recruiting systems, including processes, interview loops, and scorecards, for the Professional Services function.
- Drive outbound sourcing to build pipelines of enterprise implementation and delivery talent from companies like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and their partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing to influence employer brand and craft messaging that attracts candidates with enterprise delivery experience.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and time-to-hire to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Align with Sales and Recruiting peers to maintain a high hiring bar and ensure a smooth handoff at the deal-to-delivery stage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience hiring for Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Customer Success roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for enterprise motions, not high-volume SMB or PLG hiring.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery and implementation work, with the ability to assess genuine delivery experience.
- Data-driven mindset, utilizing recruiting metrics for prioritization and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of conveying the company's mission and value proposition to candidates.
- High agency and adaptability, comfortable building processes in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
