About the Role
Lead complex compliance initiatives, including risk assessments, monitoring program design, and remediation planning for high-impact areas. Develop and refine compliance controls, testing approaches, and reporting frameworks to strengthen program effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally to resolve escalated compliance issues and drive sustainable corrective actions. Prepare executive-ready materials summarizing compliance risks, regulatory implications, and mitigation plans. Support audit readiness through strong documentation, evidence standards, and control governance practices. Provide guidance and quality review for junior team members to strengthen analytical rigor and execution.
