Responsibilities
- Answering calls and emails to coordinate and book complex appointments.
- Providing compassionate, patient-focused support over the phone.
- Working collaboratively with the Contact Centre team to achieve service targets.
- Building strong relationships with clerical teams, technical staff, referrers and radiologists.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Confidence navigating multiple systems and screens in a fast-paced environment.
