About the Role
Grace Loves Lace, a globally celebrated bridal brand, seeks a charismatic and customer-focused Full-Time Bridal Stylist to join their New York Boutique Sales Team. This role involves delivering personalized styling appointments and creating memorable experiences for brides.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one private bridal styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to create a warm, memorable, VIP experience for every bride
- Act as a proud brand ambassador, wearing and showcasing beautiful collections
- Build strong relationships with brides throughout their entire journey
- Accurately take measurements and style brides with exquisite accessories and occasionalwear
- Manage appointments while following up with brides via email and phone using an iPad
- Strive toward and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain impeccable presentation and exceptional people skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to learning extensive product range
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales with a strong customer-service focus
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Confident working both independently and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills across the customer journey
- Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed product knowledge
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards
- Intermediate IT and administration skills (iPad, MS Office; NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and additional shifts during peak periods
- Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace mission and values
- Work rights in the United States
- Willingness to provide two recent and relevant referees
