About the Role

Circle is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the growing Finance Systems team. This role is critical in designing and architecting scalable finance systems to support Circle’s expanding footprint in a maturing company environment. You will collaborate directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable the design and rollout for Finance transformation, finance automation, streamlining of core finance processes, and international expansion in current and future finance systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting, and other finance systems.
Automate Finance processes using AI-enabled solutions.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment for solution design.
Document and manage testing and related approvals for changes to systems.
Support finance teams in providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant work experience, working on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules like Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, FDI reporting.
Experience in other applications like Zip Procurement to Pay, Navan Travel and Expense strongly preferred.
Experience in creating innovative solutions using AI tools to help teams automate processes within and out of ERP applications.
Familiarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications like Workiwa will be considered a strong plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization.
Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
Detail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker and problem-solver.
Self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through.
Driven to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement both individually and as a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
