About the Role

Sela is seeking an AI Product Manager to optimize the performance of our voice AI agents, launch new agent use cases, and develop internal systems for agent assembly and maintenance. This role involves significant work with AI coding tools to build and manage agent systems. You will own complex systems including agent assembly, call scheduling, phone number selection, voicemail optimization, and the conception and implementation of new use cases like credit pulling and loan product recommendations. Independent data analysis will be crucial for informing product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Improve and optimize the performance of voice AI agents
• Launch new agent use cases
• Use evals and simulations systems to ensure excellent performance
• Develop and extend internal systems that automatically assemble and maintain agents
• Own product responsibility over complex systems such as agent assembly and maintenance, call scheduling, phone number selection, and voicemail optimization
• Conceive and implement complex new use cases (e.g., credit pulling, loan product recommendations)
• Perform independent data analysis to inform product strategy

Requirements

• 2+ years of PM experience
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is ideal
• Strong data and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly
