As a Store Manager at L'Occitane, you will serve as the perfect host, curating a one-of-a-kind and immersive experience for our guests. Responsibilities

- Contribute to the company's waste reduction targets through support of related in-store initiatives, such as our in-store recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, and eliminating the purchase of single-use plastics, as well as by promoting our refill products to heat targets.
Requirements
- Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment
- Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
- Basic Technology Skills
Skills
- Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
- Experience with clienteling advantageous
