About the Role

We are seeking a professional to maintain and propose building automation systems. This role involves creating and managing maintenance schedules, handling maintenance contracts and operations, cost control, safety management, vendor management, system troubleshooting, and complaint resolution. You will also be responsible for proposing ongoing maintenance contracts and suggesting facility upgrades and energy-saving measures.
