About the Role
Support individuals referred to the Twin Restart Programme by offering motivational guidance, building positive relationships, and inspiring them to achieve their career goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets.
- Manage a caseload of referred customers using appropriate strategies to help them overcome barriers in gaining employment.
- Facilitate a range of assessments.
- Co-produce individual action plans using SMART targeting.
- Fully understand the local labour market to source suitable vacancies.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the UK.
- All gaps in CVs must be explained satisfactorily.
- Proof of identity and qualifications will be required.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a one-hour on-line safeguarding training prior to commencing employment.
