About the Role

ALDI is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure store operations run smoothly during their shift. This role involves supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the store management team while developing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.
• Offering clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to the team.
• Assisting in training and onboarding team members.
• Serving customers at the registers.
• Keeping shelves stocked with products.
• Monitoring for incidents or hazards to ensure safety.
