About the Role
The Litigation Practice Coordinator will support business development projects, reporting, and experience tracking as an integral part of the global marketing and business development team. This role assists with recurring reporting, internal tracking, research, and other projects supporting the firm’s litigation practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple information sources, synthesizing research, and supporting recurring projects requiring accuracy and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Supports litigation-related business development tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Conducts company, industry, and relationship research to support business development initiatives.
- Assists with preparing, formatting, proofreading, and quality-checking recurring reports and other business development materials.
- Maintains organized internal tracking documents and supports process improvements.
- Creates and maintains records of the firm’s litigation experience utilizing the firm’s proposal database.
- Ensures the flow of information from attorneys to the litigation marketing team regarding biographies, practice area descriptions, experience tracking, news, and activities.
- Works with the firm’s research team to gather and analyze information on targets, industries, opposing counsel, judges, and litigation trends.
- Collaborates with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm.
- Supports the use, testing, and refinement of technology-enabled reporting tools, including AI-assisted research and monitoring platforms.

- High proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required.
- Demonstrates a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), including core capabilities, limitations, and importance of data privacy, accuracy, verification, and ethical considerations within a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) and incorporate them responsibly into day-to-day workflows.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging AI and related technologies and contributes to a culture of innovation.
