About the Role
This is an opportunity to help shape a new chapter for the brand while building meaningful connections with our community from day one at Arc'teryx's first-ever outlet pop-up in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Foster connection in all guest interactions from product education, processing purchases and supporting guests on warranties or damaged goods.
- Support in-store events, inventory counts, replenishing product and ensuring the store stays clean and organized.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Collaborate with your team and leaders in an open and positive way.
- Deliver best-in-class experience to our guests through education, service and culture.
- Build a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly weave this into guest interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience wherever possible.
Requirements
- Two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys having fun at work, but holds self accountable to what is required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of impact.
- Self-motivated, and enjoys problem solving.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- Effectively balances autonomy and collaboration.
- Inspires breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement.
- Seeks the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right.
- Passion for work is paralleled by passion for getting outside and living it.
