About the Role

The Stellar Development Foundation is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of the Stellar network. This generalist role involves owning product areas such as core protocol, enterprise payments, DeFi, developer tooling, or AI agents. You will work with engineers and designers to take ideas from problem to shipped product, utilizing AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for core protocol, enterprise, DeFi, developer experience, or AI agents.
• Engage with users, developers, and partners to translate needs into a compelling vision and actionable requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to generate prototypes, mockups, and working demos for idea validation.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality products with urgency.
• Measure product impact post-launch.
• Balance current network needs with long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping software products end-to-end.
• Proven track record of using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or v0 to build working prototypes.
• Ability to translate user needs into long-term vision and technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with technical products and ambiguity.
• High user empathy and a high bar for quality.
