Responsibilities

  • Set the roadmap and execute hands-on campaigns across a meaningful portion of the customer journey to directly drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Establish a sharp POV on audience segmentation using behavioral and real-time data, partnering closely with Creative to push boundaries and turn opinions into evidence.
  • Independently design, size, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to maximize impact and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and scale the strategic programs that seamlessly move customers across the product portfolio to increase lifetime value.
  • Lead across the organization by partnering seamlessly with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to build robust measurement models and ship flawlessly at speed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset.
  • Ability to connect programs to business outcomes, forecast, and master the tech stack quickly.
  • A degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math (or equivalent experience) that proves you naturally think in numbers, build your own reporting, and understand the nuances of attribution.
  • Proven track record of living in a "test-and-learn" environment—expertly handling hypotheses, sample sizes, honest data reads, and swift optimization.
  • Ability to form a sharp, evidence-backed perspective on audience, creative, messaging, and timing, with the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A deeply proactive operator who takes extreme ownership of the work, manages shifting priorities, builds campaigns hands-on, and sweats the details others overlook.
  • Proven track record in fintech, lending, or another regulated B2C category, including a solid understanding of compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA).
  • Strong SQL skills to pull your own data cuts.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing lifecycle marketing tools (Braze experience is a major plus).
  • Direct exposure to sophisticated measurement methodologies, including incrementality, geo-holdouts, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Experience launching and scaling new channels (SMS, push, in-product) or successfully building cross-sell frameworks from scratch.
