About the Role

As a Concierge, you are the key to the city, a trusted advisor, and the face of our first-class service promise. We are looking for a personality with charisma, discretion, and a passion for the extraordinary, who will delight our discerning international guests with warmth and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Polite and efficient handling of all inquiries, from general information and directions to complex flight confirmations.
  • Organization of exclusive tours, table reservations in the city's most sought-after restaurants, and coordination of limousine and transport services.
  • Continuous updating of knowledge about hotel services, local attractions, cultural highlights, shopping opportunities, and public transport connections.
  • Fulfillment of special requests and proactive support in ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in upscale hotel management and at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.
  • Confident demeanor, impeccable manners, and the ability to maintain discretion and calm even in hectic situations.
  • A strong 'hands-on' mentality and an eye for the smallest details that make the difference.
  • Proficient use of common hotel software systems (ideally Opera Cloud) and MS Office.
  • Membership in 'Les Clefs d’Or' is desirable.
