This role involves working in teams for diverse clients and projects, building expertise through fast-paced engagements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to support client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.
• Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions and presentations.
• Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance consulting and business acumen, and understand Simon-Kucher’s methodologies.
• Work closely with project teams to leverage strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience; participation in management consulting or industry groups as an undergraduate is highly valued.
• Has obtained or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university/college pursuing a degree in any field.
• A degree in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related business field is a plus.
• Complex data analytic skills using Python, SQL, etc. is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills.
• Inclusive and empathetic team member.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
