About the Role

LevelTen Energy is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to own a meaningful slice of their renewable energy platform. This end-to-end role involves driving discovery, defining requirements, and delivering features alongside engineering and design teams to serve renewable energy developers and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain end-to-end including strategy, discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and iteration
• Conduct user and stakeholder discovery to understand workflows, motivations, and pain points
• Translate user insights into clear product requirements
• Partner with design to define user experience and ensure delivered experiences meet product intent
• Partner with engineering on feature development and platform work, including re-platforming initiatives
• Balance input from enterprise customers and internal stakeholders against broader platform needs
• Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, and documentation
• Collaborate with other PMs to ensure product integration with adjacent workflows
• Manage stakeholders across commercial, legal, and customer-facing teams
• Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and progress to internal and external audiences

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating enterprise customer relationships
• Analytical mindset with experience partnering with analytics and engineering teams
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
