About the Role
Northmarq is seeking a Data Business Analyst to lead data integrity initiatives and manage cross-functional projects for our national platform. This role bridges technical expertise with organizational leadership to drive efficiency and accuracy within Salesforce and related data processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Data Management, IT, and business teams.
- Plan and manage data-related projects including migration, cleansing, and integration.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Data Management, IT, and business teams to define scope and deliverables.
- Streamline data workflows and implement best practices for Salesforce data governance and quality assurance.
- Monitor and maintain Salesforce data accuracy through audits, cleansing, and validation.
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
- Manage helpdesk requests for data updates, record merging, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain project documentation including process maps and timelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, operations, or business analysis.
- Demonstrated project management responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Asana, or Agile frameworks.
