About the Role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Proximity (North America) will drive the demand, testing, change, adoption, and value creation of the Operations Product portfolio, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Chain & Customer Operations processes. This role will manage products such as Anaplan, ERP, and data warehouse, collaborating with various customer groups across Pernod Ricard.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within a specific product domain.
• Arbitrate and challenge affiliate claims, analyzing data and feedback to inform tailored solutions.
• Act as the liaison between Business and incident support teams within the ME, providing functional expertise.
• Gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Prepare change plans and activities, performing local change impact assessments to ease adoption of global products.
• Support test activities with end users and perform defined roll-out activities.
• Collect and consolidate relevant metrics and insights to report on value delivered from Products at the affiliate level.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in the product domain scope.
• Deep understanding of challenges in the product domain for their geographical scope.
• Mastery of adoption and change management methods & tools.
• Mastery of testing and deployment methods & tools.
• Understanding of agile principles & associated ways of working.
• Offers will be subject to United States local terms.
