About the Role

MegPrime Pay is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the future of digital payments. You will work in a collaborative team to design end-to-end product experiences, from early concepts to production-ready interfaces, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and solve complex fintech challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design web product experiences from concept through production-ready interfaces.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI in Figma and code.
• Utilize AI tools to clarify intent, draft design specs, and identify risks or edge cases.
• Build interactive prototypes and collaborate with engineers using modern front-end workflows.
• Design motion graphics, UI animations, micro-interactions, and marketing assets.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate based on feedback.
• Monitor trends in UI/UX, AI, fintech, and crypto.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web product design.
• Experience building design systems, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, interaction design, accessibility, and visual systems.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and product teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be based in the Uptown Dallas office.
