About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will build products that enable leading AI labs and enterprises to transform human expertise into advanced AI models. You will own a major product area with significant autonomy, collaborating with engineering and leadership to turn ambiguous challenges into shipped solutions while balancing long-term strategy with rapid execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and own products that organize human expertise into AI models
- Engage directly with expert annotators, customers, and internal operators to understand user needs
- Make product decisions based on business outcomes and growth
- Manage product and feature lifecycles from conception to execution
- Write specifications and PRDs
- Build dashboards and perform minor PRs to unblock development
- Collaborate with engineering, research, operations, and design teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a product manager
- High level of accountability for outcomes
- Ability to self-direct in ambiguous environments
- Technical fluency to build scrappy MVPs
- Ability to connect user needs with business strategy
- Experience conducting user research and customer interviews
- Ability to balance rigorous experimentation with visionary product development
