About the Role

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) analyst ensures system access aligns with company policy, supports access control activities across applications, and provisions access with the principle of least privilege. This role involves managing current technologies like Okta Verify/SSO, AD/Azure AD, and PAM, while also evaluating new systems for process improvements. The analyst collaborates with departments to drive access control initiatives supporting internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily provisioning operations including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, queue management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with HR and other IT departments to ensure uninterrupted delivery of IAM services.
  • Review current documentation such as Procedures, run books, and Knowledge Base Articles.
  • Review and establish Best Practices.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for information security on IAM policy and process issues.
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations and support environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot access, account, and system-related issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory account creation and modification.
  • Experience with Exchange mailbox creation and modification.
  • Experience with Outlook features and functionality.
  • Experience with application testing methodologies and execution.
  • Strong understanding of user support requirements.
  • Effective planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
