About the Role

FanDuel is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver, and improve enterprise learning programs that foster employee growth and business performance. This role involves program coordination, LMS management, vendor support, and stakeholder engagement to create high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs, including planning, coordination, scheduling, facilitation, and execution across various formats.
  • Partner with the Director of Learning & Development to implement the enterprise learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure high-quality program delivery by applying established standards and monitoring participant experience.
  • Proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Support facilitation of learning sessions to ensure an engaging learner experience.
  • Manage day-to-day learning operations, including course setup, LMS content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track program participation and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes and user experience.
  • Support the integration of new tools, platforms, and learning technologies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support training needs and ensure alignment with enterprise learning standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for program delivery, including scheduling and communications.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines and expectations.
  • Escalate risks or challenges and propose solutions.
  • Support the development and execution of communications to promote learning programs.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the broader learning strategy.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance engagement in a hybrid learning environment.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders.
  • Anticipate challenges and contribute solutions that improve team efficiency and program outcomes.
  • Mentor other team members and support teammates by sharing knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the coordination and delivery of learning or talent programs in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience with Adobe Captivate and 360Learning a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting hybrid learning environments (virtual, in-person, and eLearning).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate with increasing ownership and autonomy.
  • Passion for building engaging, scalable, and employee-centered learning experiences.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
