Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases (office, retail, and industrial).
- Conduct and manage due diligence for purchase and sales transactions.
- Assist with the coordination and management of closings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing transactional real estate law at a law firm.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
