About the Role
Westbury Jeep, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is hiring a Parts Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support their dealership parts department. This role is ideal for candidates with delivery driving, warehouse, logistics, or automotive parts experience looking to grow within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive parts and equipment to customers, shops, and wholesale accounts.
- Coordinate deliveries with parts manager and wholesale team.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payments upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs and customer signatures.
- Load/unload delivery vehicle and return paperwork.
- Perform basic vehicle upkeep (fuel, inspections, cleanliness).
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick and stage parts for service technicians and customers.
- Maintain organized parts inventory and stockroom.
- Process returns, damaged parts, and discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping, labeling, and packaging.
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required (clean driving record).
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts.
- Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow within the automotive industry.
