About the Role

Design, optimize, and scale core digital infrastructure, bridging e-commerce, logistics, and CRM platforms. Orchestrate high-availability integrations, navigate architectural challenges, and pioneer modern cloud solutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Participate in daily development stand-ups, prioritizing and unblocking work.
  • Own and improve requirements capture, documentation, and tracking processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for technology questions from Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.
  • Triage incoming requests, resolving or escalating as needed.
  • Translate business needs into technical work and technical constraints into business language.
  • Own the intake and routing of website change requests.
  • Create, scope, and manage development tickets in Jira.
  • Inform requesters about status, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Help design scalable, secure solution architectures for e-commerce transactions and data synchronization.
  • Map and support API integrations across e-commerce, CRM, WMS, and third-party logistics platforms.
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements for uptime, data integrity, and communication.
  • Maintain system and process documentation.
  • Help establish technical guardrails, security/compliance practices, and disaster-recovery considerations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project Coordinator, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and document them clearly (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable translating between business needs and engineering work, scoping development tasks, and reasoning about integrations and data flows.
  • Hands-on experience with project/issue-tracking tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices including daily stand-ups.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Judgment to know what can be resolved without development and what needs to be escalated.
  • Strategic mindset to align technical solutions with fast-moving business goals.
  • Experience integrating B2B e-commerce platforms (like Adobe Commerce/Magento) with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with API design, data-pipeline integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
  • Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP/inventory, and third-party logistics integrations.
  • Familiarity with data compliance and logistics challenges unique to chemical manufacturing, distribution, or highly regulated industries.
