About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support reporting, forecasting, and analysis for Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to deliver accurate reporting, identify key drivers, and support decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling. The position is key in maintaining visibility, supporting planning processes, and providing insights into business performance across multiple product lines and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes of Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance
  • Prepare and analyze monthly results, including variance analysis vs. prior period and budget
  • Develop reporting packages and dashboards covering key metrics such as AUM-based fees, commissions, premiums, and net flows
  • Build and maintain financial models to support projections and analysis
  • Partner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure alignment between reporting and financial statements
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives
  • Support preparation of materials for leadership and external stakeholders
  • Continuously improving reporting processes and data quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
  • 4-6 years’ experience using advanced Excel functionality
  • Master’s Degree or CFA a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and revenue drivers
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work with large datasets
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra
  • Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP
