About the Role

We are seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to build and scale the people infrastructure supporting Stampli's growth. This role requires a builder, operator, and strategic problem-solver who can bring clarity, structure, and scalable execution. You will leverage technology, data, and AI to improve People Operations and build systems for a high-performing global organization. This role is critical in strengthening the employee lifecycle across onboarding, HR operations, compliance, systems, and people programs, partnering with leaders to optimize processes and experiences.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding, with an initial focus on the U.S. workforce while preparing processes for future global scale.
Drive day-to-day People Operations execution, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the U.S. employee population.
Serve as the primary owner of HR systems, including BambooHR and other People technology platforms, maintaining accurate employee data, establishing governance standards, and ensuring data integrity.
Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Partner with leadership to maintain compliance across employment regulations, HR policies, audit requirements, and internal controls, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
Develop and maintain People Operations reporting, analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions and employee experience initiatives.
Support and evolve onboarding programs, employee feedback initiatives, performance management frameworks, and broader People programs designed to improve engagement and retention.
Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Finance, Business Systems, and GTM leaders to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic People initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in People / HR Operations, Business Operations, or a related HR function.
Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
AI-forward mindset with direct experience implementing AI or automation solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and systems implementations.
Experience supporting multi-state U.S. employees with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave of absence programs, accommodations, and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience administering HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, TriNet, or similar systems and advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
