About the Role

This role serves as a technical consultant to management, driving processes, managing projects, and working on issues that impact the success of future Cadence products. It requires sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative design and product ideas.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a customer expert, demonstrating substantial business impact by providing expertise across multiple projects/programs.
- Identifies new areas of investments.
- Identifies and resolves issues impacting design and selling success or addressing future concepts, products, or technologies.
- Participates in functional, cross-functional, and global scope initiatives.
- Technically leads teams effectively in an environment with high levels of ambiguity.
- Provides significant technical leadership.
- Drives processes and manages projects.
- Works on issues impacting the success of future Cadence products.
- Makes technical architectural decisions with long-term impact.
- Leads and helps others solve issues of diverse scope requiring an understanding of current business trends.
- Collaborates with peers, account leaders, and internal partners.
- Typically interacts with high-level individual contributors, Managers, Directors, VPs, and key executive level employees.
- Leads projects or programs and coordinates activities of other personnel.
- Persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.
- Guides and mentors less experienced roles and encourages team members’ career development.
- Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to achieving objectives.
