About the Role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food, ensuring customers have a positive experience with the Waitrose brand. Your drive to go the extra mile will earn customer trust and loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

  • Stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and products are in the correct place.
  • Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
  • Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
  • Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout assistance and managing customer orders.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
