About the Role

Provide reliable, proactive support to the CEO and wider business, helping keep day-to-day operations organised, efficient and running smoothly in a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel and general administration.
  • Support the wider leadership team with ad hoc business administration and coordination.
  • Help keep the office organized and running smoothly, acting as a central point of support across the business.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new starters, including IT setup, inductions and team coordination.
  • Organise internal events, team activities, client dinners and small roundtables.
  • Create and maintain internal resources and documentation using SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Prepare presentations, templates and branded materials using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, organisation and ways of working across the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Business Support role.
  • Strong organisational skills through event management experience.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Able to use Canva or similar design tools and comfortable learning new software quickly.
  • Experience of supporting a sales team and/or HR function is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work full time in our London Victoria WeWork offices.

  • £38,000 - £42,000
