Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on overseas employment policies and ensure compliance.
  • Assist overseas entities/businesses in devising localized employment strategies.

  • Offer solutions and facilitate communications to address various issues effectively.
  • Lead HR compliance audits and promptly identify potential risk points in employment practices.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the existing employee relations management system, policies, and processes.
  • Document best practices and monitor developments in employee relations regulations.
  • Ensure organizational policies align with local requirements.
  • Establish global emergency response systems and procedures.
  • Manage crisis incidents and follow up on risk events.
  • Optimize and improve response mechanisms and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Clear thinking with strong logic.
  • Capable of independently resolving complex problems.
  • Self-driven and resilient under pressure.
  • Able to facilitate efficient collaboration across teams.
  • Strong focus on outcomes and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Able to analyze deeply, swiftly identify risks in varying scenarios, and develop systems and processes accordingly.
  • Comprehensive professional knowledge and hands-on experience in employee relations management.
  • Prior experience supporting international markets is preferred.
  • Possessing charisma, public relations acumen, and a strong sense of crisis event risk management.
  • Prior experience in communication strategies and brand establishment is advantageous.
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
