About the Role

The Medical Director will play a key role in shaping our clinical practices and leading our medical team to deliver exceptional care. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in psychiatry and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that enhances both patient and provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols.
Provide clinical leadership and direction to the medical team.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry.
At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or medical leadership role.
Proven track record of successful leadership in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of clinical quality, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and lead a team in a collaborative environment.
