About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategic Finance Lead to join our Finance organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for leading complex financial analyses and modeling initiatives that support critical business decisions, long-term planning, and investment strategy. You will partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate operational drivers into actionable financial insights and ensure decision-making is grounded in economic and business reality.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling initiatives, including: Three-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), Long-range planning and scenario models, Discounted cash flow (DCF) and valuation model
- Support M&A and strategic investments through valuation analysis, diligence support, and financial integration modeling
- Build driver-based forecasting frameworks that tie financial outcomes to underlying business performance
- Partner with business leaders to identify key performance drivers and embed them into financial planning and forecasting models
- Independently lead multiple workstreams, managing timelines, structuring analyses, and delivering high-quality outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
- Advanced financial modeling expertise, including three-statement modeling and DCF analysis
- Experience supporting M&A, investment analysis, or strategic planning initiatives
- Strong ability to connect financial results to underlying business drivers
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex, scalable financial models
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders
