About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at the Berlin Alexanderplatz store, focusing on maintaining a secure environment for customers, staff, and merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, friendly, and accessible presence at store entrances
- Protect customers, employees, and merchandise
- Prevent losses on the sales floor
- Ensure product security in collaboration with the store team
- Facilitate effective conflict resolution
Requirements
- High level of self-motivation and resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Experience in customer-oriented or security roles is helpful but not required
